The problem was that the tvsesupport.com site was not opening on my computer.I was told that the call shall be attended and the problem shall be resolved within 12 hours.I called my local service provider and he also comfirmed that there is a problem as the same site was not opening in his office also. Despite on repeated follow up my problem still remains unsolved.It is requested that the problem may kindly be solved immediately as my business is suffering.Thre is no problem in the site as it is opening at all other locations.
