		<description>it is not reasonable because the customer has nothing to do with the charges that you have to bear. if sify does not support you, why should customer pay for that?

		<description>We are a CTO in Bareilly.As a CTo m telling you that these Sify peoplke never support their CTO&#039;s.We are just getting 25% of single plan after deducting services tax TDS and all.Its really very difficult for a CTO to sustain in the market since he has to maintain all thge lines ,cables,switches,hubs,salaries and other expenses.One single rain or storm and all the lines went down.Some other local bandwidth seller came in the market and offered a bit of higher salary and all our linemens after seeing a work load on them went away.We being highly educated had to move on the roads climb up the poles and keep the lines functioning.We beared rs.80000 loss in that quarter.It took three days for connections to work on.Other than that customers denied to make the payment.Sify did&#039;nt supported us niether technically nor financialy.Now is Sify at fault or we......???????.......In such a scenario charging Rs.100 as LMC is it reasonable or not???????...............</description>

I have similar experience like Adnan.

I have got sify broad band throug ICC cable network in Pune and I have experienced worst level of service from this. ICC installed connection and it worked only for one week and after that it stopped working.

I have followed up with ICC as well as sify customer care for around 15 days but nobody has taken any interest in resolving the problem.

These people are really worst in the world I think, I have never seen any other company/service provider at this much worst level of customer handling and service.

I strongly recommend all of you who got chance to read this, do anything but never go for sify/icc in pune, please save yourself from cheating.</description>
