Now Reliance Communications in talks with MTN Group
Indian telecom giant Bharti Airtel has already announced that they have ended their talks with the South African mobile firm MTN.
Now, another telecom service provider in India, Reliance has said that they are now in into exclusive talks with MTN.
Reliance Communications said in a statement that they are discussing a “potential combination of their businesses” to “achieve unique global platform for exponential growth”.
Bharti decided to end their talks after MTN stated their condition that after the acquisition, Bharti Airtel would work as a subsidiary of the South African company.
