Yahoo sign deals with MTNL and Idea in India
Internet media giant Yahoo has announced some new deals in the Asia Pacific market.
These include a deal with Indian mobile operator Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited related to their Yahoo! oneSearch mobile service.
The US based company has also entered into a strategic mobile advertising partnership with Idea Cellular.
Yahoo has also entered into several deals with other players including Reliance Communication, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited, Aircel Limited, BPL Mobile.
The company announced the localized versions of their Yahoo! Go 3.0 services for several regions including India.
Yahoo also revealed some regional services including mobile widgets like Yahoo! Cricket, Yahoo! Answers, and Yahoo! India Movies.
