It does not exactly come as a surprise to many of us considering they are doing it every once in a while. The latest changes have improved pricings of the shared packages making them more affordable. However, they still do not seem to mention the hidden clause of 75megs a day limit after which speed is reduced to pathetic levels of 16-24kbps.

The best speed you can get in a no time and data transfer bound package is 96kbps. I however plan to stick the night only package until the time they clearly mention their hidden conditions on the website. Better, remove them for good. It is practically equivalent to cheating when you hide clauses like these.

    Hi, I have recharged my sify account thru internet n i was not aware that line charges have to pay extra to the dealer. Few days back the dealer’s guy came & asked for line charges. I said him that i will confirm from Sify Customer Care that whether i have to pay eatra on not. But the Sify dealer has blocked the access without infroming me. Is this the service you guys cater to the customer?

    Sify isn’t what it seems to be…. think again before investing i am suffering now and all i can do is warn u about it…

    hello sir/mam
    I am rajkumar i have not got unlimited sify plan till know,rather i have paid for unlimited plan.your service provider provided me 230 rs 400mb connection.may i know is it a techiniqal problem or what.i have completed 230 plan.waht will i do without connection.

    NO antivirus installed till know on my PC.so that lots of virus attcked on my pc and corruept it.

    Its my humble request to you to solve my problem as soon as possible.

    I am waiting for yours kind support.
