Airtel and Vodafone reportedly cut off support to repetitive customers!
Telecom service users on the India Broadband Forum have been reporting that both Airtel and Vodafone cut off connectivity to their customer support numbers for customers who calls in again and again.
The cut off period can last from a week to almost a fortnight.
While we agree that some customers are really not worth having but this is not the way to go.
Especially with Vodafone which has been heavily advertising their customer support with the slogan “Happy to Help”.
TRAI should look into this mess. If a company cannot serve a customer, they should be allowed to tell them to move on to other networks. But disabling customer care support is totally unacceptable.

Trai should also look into the matter of not doing anything about complaints being registered and still the complainee recieving a SMS from Sify services stating the problem is resolved :D
