very true… happens wit all the service providers…
wen the customer care cant give u proper solution 2 u complaint..n u repetedly call 4 support ur no. is barred

Yes, This is much true. I have also experienced disconnection with customer support from Vodafone once. they lift off after a month

Trai should also look into the matter of not doing anything about complaints being registered and still the complainee recieving a SMS from Sify services stating the problem is resolved :D
