Sify recently updated their packages and added an ‘up to’ clause to the shared packages. So that means, knowing Sify a package of ‘up to 96kbps’ can be as good as 16kbps considering they are again no longer promising minimum speeds.

And add to that more hidden limits which they so nicely forget to mention on the package pages. The latest information from the customer support (who takes care never to give it in writing on email) is that limits are 100 Megs a day. After which the speeds are capped to lower levels. Moreover, add to that… if you break the limit for 2-3 days consecutively, the limit is placed permanently.

And people still say that I am a jerk blaming Sify Broadband for all my Internet hassles.

As for Mr. Ramaraj. If you got any balls… Give us something without any ifs and buts. Maybe then, you would get some respect from us. From what I see at this moment, you are one of the biggest blots in the broadband scenario in India. Shame on you.
