Shyam Telecom gets pan India license

Shyam Telecom along with their partner Sistema have become the first new mobile operator to get a pan-India start-up spectrum to start their mobile service operations in the country.

They would be providing mobile services based on CDMA technology. They had applied for 21 circles.

Shyam is already providing mobile services in Rajasthan through their Oasis brand name.

Shyam-Sistema is now going to become third major CDMA operator in the country after Reliance Communications and Tata Teleservices.
