even i am stuck with this sify shit. the dialer times out and this is the first, in my life experience, that a broadband dialer gets timed out… ha ha ha.

btw, coming to ur problem, this is what sify calls BB101 error. you need to call those A**H**ES and say that you got BB101 and you are not able to ping the gateway.
