Airtel calling card services now in Canada

Indian telecom giant Airtel has now announced the launch of their calling card services in the Canadian market.

The company said that these cards are targeted towards the NRI and student community segment in the country.

They would now be catering to a potential user base of around 1.5 million people.

Bharti Airtel Head of International Calling Cards Arun Bharadwaj spoke about these cards: “Subscribers in Canada will now be able to call India at 5.9 cents per minute on a toll-free access number. Using the service, the subscribers can also call other countries, as per the list available on Airtel CallHome website.”
