Virgin Mobile India launches vDesire mobile phone
vDesire is the latest mobile handset launched by Virgin Mobile in the Indian market.
vDesire is a slim model with 11.5mm thickness. It features chrome finishing.
The company said that the highlighting aspect of this phone is that it stores as many as 1000 SMS.
It also has an address book capacity of 500 x 5 entries.
vDesire comes loaded with a 65K color screen. Other features include: FM radio, stereo headset, speakerphone, prepaid connection and lifetime validity.
The company is aiming this new device at the youth segment like all of their other products.
Deval Parikh, chief officer, handsets, VAS and procurement, Virgin Mobile India spoke at the launch event: “Keeping this in mind, we have introduced the vDesire phone that comes with a harmonious blend of style and features at a price that no other phone offers in this space”.
The phone retails for just Rs. 1700.
