Tata Teleservices collaborates with Quippo Telecom
Quippo Telecom and Tata Teleservices have announced that they are now collaborating to merge their passive infrastructure business.
The combined entity would become the largest independently managed tower company in the country.
The total valuation of this group would be close to Rs 13,000 crore.
Tata Teleservices and Quippo Telecom would swap their 51 per cent and 49 per cent stake respectively as part of the deal.
They would together have more than 18,000 towers.
