MTNL and BSNL to promote MyWay IPTV heavily

MTNL and BSNL have been providing IPTV services in some parts of the country.

They were earlier providing the services through IOL & Aksh… But that deal seems to be no longer in place.

MyWay IPTV is the latest player in town. Both MTNL and BSNL are now going to provide their IPTV services through MyWay.

MyWay IPTV services are being provided by Delhi-based Smart Digivision.

The company said that they are ready to launch the services in over 54 cities in the coming months.

Airtel is the only other known player in this segment but they are only offering it in limited number of cities.

IPTV has several advantages over DTH. However, it remains to be seen if it can match the growing popularity of DTH in the market.

We are using Airtel IPTV services at our place and we are pretty happy with what they have to offer.
