Nokia N97 in India for Rs. 36,119
Nokia has announced the retail availability of their N97 smartphone in the Indian market.
The phone has been priced at around Rs. 36,000 which makes it slightly more expensive compared to the Apple iPhone 3G 16GB.
Apple has not launched their iPhone 3GS in the Indian market.
This high end smartphone model from the company includes a 5 megapixel camera. It supports up to 48 GB of storage.
The phone would ship with 32GB of internal storage. Users would be able to add an additional 16GB.
Nokia claims that N97 can record video in DVD quality through the high-quality Carl Zeiss optics. The phone also comes loaded with Nokia Ovi digital media store.
