Airtel Broadband might be offering 1mbps unlimited for just Rs. 1700!
Not for all however. This plan was offered to an existing customer in Noida.
The plan also comes with 100 free calls.
The problem is that this plan is likely to come infected with the Airtel Fair Usage Policy virus.
So, the speeds might remain 1 mbps for the first 100GB. After that they are likely to fall down to 512kbps.
However, it is still an excellent plan for anyone who is already paying around Rs. 1500 for 512kbps. For around Rs. 220 more, you can enjoy 1mbps speeds for a couple of hours, days or even weeks!
Some users might not even cross the FUP limitation so they get the 1mbps speeds for the entire month!

yep. it’s true….I got a call and my 1mbps got activated for 1699…1800 inc taxes. I was paying 1600 for my 512kpbs unlimited earlier.
and i’m in bangalore.
