Samsung Star S5230 has sold 5 million units
Samsung has revealed that they have sold more than 5 million units of their smartphone model Samsung Star S5230.
Samsung Star S5230 was launched around four months ago and it has been a major success for the company.
This smartphone model is in sale in several international markets including Europe, Southeast and Southwest Asia, East-Central Africa, China, and Central America.
The company is now aiming to sell around 10 million units by November this year.
Young-hee Lee, Vice President of Marketing, Mobile Communications Division, Samsung Electronics spoke about the success of this model: “We’re very pleased by this success. We see the demand for touch screen phones increasing and we will continue to offer consumers a diverse range of products, supported by unique marketing campaigns.”
