Apple iPhone 3GS in India launch?
Apple iPhone 3GS was originally expected to arrive in India in August this year.
The latest reports in the media claims that the latest edition of the iPhone might finally arrive here on September 19.
Nothing is confirmed for now as Apple has not revealed an official statement.
It also remains to be seen if Apple would continue with their failed policy of selling the iPhone through Airtel and Vodafone.
Apple iPhone 3G has been priced ridiculously in India and the phones are locked to the carriers.
It sells for around Rs. 35000 in the Indian market and it has been pretty clear that the sales have been low.
We are hoping that Apple does something exciting this time around. Sell unlocked iPhones directly from retail stores at prices which are affordable so that more customers in India could get their hands on it.
