MindTree to acquire Kyocera Wireless India
MindTree has announced that they are acquiring Kyocera Wireless India.
Kyocera Wireless India is based in Bangalore in India.
The deal is worth around USD 6 million plus additional bonuses based on performances in the future.
MindTree said that this acquisition would make Kyocera a major strategic client for the company.
Kyocera added: “This allows Kyocera to improve its cost structure and competitiveness while providing MindTree a strong engineering resource.”
Kyocera Wireless India manufactures mobile devices which are customized to the requirements of the clients.
