India Media and reporting about Broadband

If there is anyway one needs to get confused about choosing a product for yourself, trust yourself to read newspapers regularly. For example, this write-up details the various packages available for broadband.

For an average user, broadband only means anything faster than a dial up. There are no objective criteria to call an Internet connection as “fast”. Still, we have data caps as low as 500MB with speeds of 512 KBps and marketed as “broadband”.

Enough! TRAI wake up and stop this nonsense. It is happening right under your nose.

RELIANCE WILL LOOSE IT'S CUSTOMERS SOOON WITH EXISTING SERVICE AND MARKETING STRATEGY ::

I browsed for the first time on Reliance web world and was having high expectations of service .All went down once i sat there.By disabling the task bar so that the time taken will be more on browsing. In Web world express at Preet Vihar I was informed that the task bar cannot be seen at any ways while browsing. In such case If a user is chatting too he/she will not be able to get auto popups. This is painful for customers like me who wants to save time.I feel that this is a glitch intentionaly put in order to pull out more money from customers. If this is not improved then Reliance will face a real tough time to retain the cutomers.
