Today is 10th May.
12 days since I last recharged.
7th day I have had problems.
4 days it has been down for more than 6 hours.
3 days it was down more than 10.
I would like to mention 2 days I was out of town, so what happened on those 2 days is god knows.

8th April- 10 am - 8 pm
9th April- 6 pm - still waiting (today is 10th April)
I would like to mention I switched on my PC at 5 pm on 9th april.

These are stats for this month. I am a subscriber since 26th December. If I had maintained a log, I would have lost more than 2 months of net in these 4-5 months. This does not call for an alternative like dialup for me as mr. vikas suggested I should get. How long do you suggest I should use dialup? 10 hrs a day? How many days in a month? 18 days? Why did I switched to Sify in the first place? You promised me freedom from the hell dialup is. What did Sify broadband gave me? My monthly telephone bill would prove I spend more than what I pay you monthly on phone calls to your representatives. I have lost a regular job because I did not have a regular net that could have let me work to my best capacity. I have lost 2 projects this month alone becoz I just can’t keep the deadlines. Can you compensate for that? Instead your guys tell me to get an alternative connection.

They say technical problems are bound to happen. Okay. But 8 days out of 12? What year we living in? 1995? TRAI says Indian consumer is being charged 1000x than what a consumer in south Korea is being charged. People abroad laugh at the speeds you claim are broadbandish. And this is what you begin as a broadband supplier? Depending upon incompetent people to provide net to local consumers in the name of Sify. Nice things you do to enhance the reputation of your brand name before the actual broadband revolution arrives in the country. I am yelling in front of your local linesman, and he is busy lying to a new prospective guinea pig that the connection would start in a day or 2 and it would be reliable and blah blah. They can’t cater to existing consumers, what right do they have to get more? You got 1 guy at the moment to cater to entire panchkula. 2 days back he left my problem in between to solve another individual’s problem. What’s this supposed to tell me?

I really don’t give a crap what wrong goes with the local area network. I need my net and I need it to work reliably. You have Monday to solve the crap. Give me fiber or give me wireless connectivity. I don’t care. If you cant serve me, issue a public apology that you are not ready for prime time and you are still beta testing your services. Get it printed in newspapers. Payback all you have taken from all the suffering consumers. Stop lying. Coz that’s what it has been since the beginning. A BIG LIE.
