I think Avaya Globalconnect india is one such company which specialises in VOIP services.the size of IP Telephony Market in India is around $ 54 million in 2005.
This market is forecast to grow to $38.8 million by 2011.(source Frost and sullivan).. So check out ppl the next time your office installs a IP telephony application.. it might be AVAYA

VoIP is steadily catching up in India. Most of the ISPs are offering internet telephony alongwith data connectivity.Some of them are also offering Voice VPNs for corporate customers.Enterprises have been the first ones to embrace this technology due to its cost benefits and good quality. Mass penetration has still not taken place due to high cost of IP telephones and due to regulation constraints.Majority of the IP telephony users are PC to PC or PC to phone(overseas).However, the usage is likely to increase sharply once the regulatory constraints are removed and people are allowed to call out from SIP/H323 terminals to phones outside India.

Their is one more company that deals with the VoIP of two well known brands that is Audio Codes and Multitech. They are Multitech India and are run like a fiefdom and will treat customers all willy nilly.Despite the big brands that they carry their service is pathetic and god forbid if some technical problem occours. then all the technology goes for a toss. It is better to close down than to run a shoddy operation like the one that they do.
