Hi,

You like playing with people’s lives? Well, you certainly have with mine.
You don’t know what effect your incompetence can have on other people’s career.
Internet is not some cable TV that people watch for entertainment.
Some people’s livelihood runs from it.
And you think its fun to make false claims and promises.
You guys don’t have a proper office in panchkula.
You guys don’t have a proper network in panchkula.
You guys don’t have a official representative in panchkula.
What I have are few telephone numbers which are not been picked up since morning.
Whole day today I kept calling the phone numbers like an idiot.
I must be an idiot who fell for the marketing ploy of Sify when I bought ur connection.
And month after month I fell for the same bullshit when I pay ur SOBs linesman full payment for the month.

If you guys cant serve, have some decency to admit it. you guys have made me lose so much financially already, keeping you for more time does not make sense. I don’t know when my net would be up but seriously the next time net goes down like this, you are free to take my connection back. I need my piece of mind. You can have yours.

If you want to have me as your customer anymore, you gotta do these:
1. get a proper office in panchkula where someone responsible is available.
2. handing the responsibilityu to some guy who works in a bank as a primary profession is totally bullshit. Give me 1 guy who is your actual representative here.
3. make them accountable. Your guys have not picking up the phone. What do I take out of that?
4. get the network fixed asap. Stop harassing customer with bullshit that there is this problem and that. Network is your headache not mine. Make it work the way it should be. Reliable…
5. the incompetant CTOs be told that they stop telling the customer that Sify’s services are not their headache. Sec 6 CTO says that even though I get the bill in his name.
6. tell your people the importance of consistent connection. they disconnect the net without informing in advance to do their fixes and stuff. What the hell do they think when they do that? What if I am transacting online? What happens to that?
7. your local team apologises to me.
8. refund for this months bulshit connectivity. 8 out of 13 days net has been down. That’s your track record.
