Dear Sandib.
I use Barti Aitel broadband. .The broad band speed is average but stable and the customer service is better than others. My friends told me that BSNL also equally good.

I got my tata indicom connection in the march 07 and so far nearly 20 – 25 times it would have got connected. More over everytime i have to get connected after contacting them through customer service, when i complain line gets connected in few minutes. But now days no posibilities of getting connection. In last one week i have post 5 complains and worst part is respontent from cusutomer service enjoy our conversation in speaker phone. A worst attitude of call centre and hope company wants / looking for same.

i FULLY AGREE WITH THE INFO.THE SERVICE PROVIDER ARE “HEADLESS CHICKENS” OR THE OSTRICHES HIDING THEIR HEAD IN SAND AND PROMISING ALL KINDS AFTER MAKING US WAIT FOR TWO MINUTES POSING AS THE LINE IS BUSY AND COMPELLING US TO LISTEN TO THEIR ADS EVERY TIME WE CAL THEM. THEIR THE MOST INEFFICIENT SERVICE PROVIDER.WILL SOMEBODY BRING THIS TO THEIR NOTICE AS THEY THEMSELF WILL NOT CARE TO LOOK IN TO. EVEN MY COMPLAINT MADE ON 29 OCT IS STILL PENDING WITH A PROMISE RESTORE THE SERVICE BY CHANGING THE ROUTER WITHIN 24 HOURS.

What a horrible thing is this TATA indicom broadband .. they robbed my money telling me i ll get 256kbps and i am getting 29 kbps people never go with TATA indicom broadband
