Hutch launches ‘My Hutch’ and ‘Mobile Hutch Shop’
Mobile phone service provider Hutch has launched two new value added services for their customers in India. These services are aimed at making lives easier for their clients which using their mobile phones on Hutch postpaid and prepaid connections. One of the services is called ‘My Hutch’ and is designed to make it easier for customers to access their accounts only.
Hutch customers can now use ‘My Hutch’ to pay their bills online, to change their tariff plans and subscribe to new services through internet. Another service called ‘Mobile Hutch Shop’ would enable the Hutch users to pay their mobile bills at their doorsteps. Customers can also use this service to get their postpaid connections activated.
Samuel Selvakumar, Director, Operations, Hutch said in a statement about their new offerings: “The state-of-the-art vehicle for the shop has been designed by world renowned automobile designer Dilip Chhabria.†This vehicle would be accompanied by three customer service desks to provide speedier service to customers and would have online connectivity to the billing system.
