TRAI should not be pressing BSNL to open up its lines but press the government to open up wireless spectrum and satellite internet for private operators it will be much cheaper to provide internet connects through wireless , well Bsnl cant operate its own network well , the Govt may also consider selling off BSNL to the highest bidder

Remember that before BSNL, all broadband players were offering 64 K access at significantly higher rates. I find BSNL offer to be good, speeds are good. Let TRAI not canvass in the interest of Private players who only want to make profits without investing.

Now BSNL service is good, my second connection (At chennai – where I am located temporarily) came in 2 days after applying on the net, fully configured. I get good speed, and have not had problems with the connection both at chennai and Bangalore.

Why should BSNL give use of its infrastructure it rightfully owns to other players to use. Let the other players invest if they really want to earn Money. TRAI is not really acting properly by asking BSNL to share its infrastructure.
