Of course this Blog was not started to bash up Sify Broadband. I also plan to publish here the updates on the services. And here is one!

Looking at the condition of the network in my area and the number of uptime days I have had in this month, the nice lady in Sify’s Delhi office has provided me 15 days extension in my package. Well, this helps me a lot considering I have achieved little on the personal projects to earn enough to pay net charges to Sify (though I managed to get the backup working on Sify’s network!) but only if the network remains up.

What will I do if the network remains down for 8 days out of the 15 free days I get from Sify? Get another free extension! Let us hope for the best.
