I got your reference from http://www.sushubh.com/contact/ when I was searching for some more people like me who are affected by the Sify Broadband service. I share similar problems like yours with the local CTO. I dont have a connection for the last one month and evertime I call up, he says he will rectify it. The reason given by him is that water has got into the network cable and needs to be re-cabled.
I want to teach this guy a lesson, do you know how I can get in touch with some senior executive in Sify to escalate this or is consumer court a good option?
