Airtel launches NetXpert facility for their broadband users

Airtel has launched an advanced automated broadband care application called Airtel NetXpert for their broadband users. This troubleshooting application would be provided for free to their customers to help them experience a trouble free broadband experience.

Airtel NetXpert application would essentially come in a CD and consists of three main modules. These modules are Airtel NetXpert Installer, Airtel NetXpert Agent, and Airtel NetXpert Chat. Users would be able to use this application to ensure speedy installation and activation of broadband connection on their machines.

The application would also be capable of diagnosing both the user’s system and the Airtel network. The aim is to reduce the dependency of the user on Airtel technicians to analyze and solve problems at the user’s end by using software applications.

Users would also be able to use Airtel NetXpert Chat service to interact with Airtel customer care executives to respond to questions or issues in real time. Prem Pradeep, CEO, Airtel broadband and telephone services, Karnataka said in a statement on this new initiative from the company: “With Airtel NetXpert, we have once again raised the bar for broadband service in India by offering innovative, new customized service automation solutions to help enhance the Airtel Broadband customer experience.”

We just hope that this new service from the company does not end up causing more problems for the user as Sify Broadband did when they launched the SecureSynergy application for their customers.
