Bharti launches their fixed wireless phone services
Bharti Airtel is already one of the dominating private telecom players in the Indian market. The company has now launched their fixed wireless phone (FWP) services in the country.
The company also unveiled an offer for their customers, which would require them to pay only Rs 1.20 for a 3-minute call to all local and intra-circle mobiles.
Sanjay Kapoor Joint president Mobility, Bharti Airtel added that this pricing structure means that the consumer would only end up paying 40 paisa for a minute of usage on local as well as intra-circle calls.
Bharti calls this service ‘Airtel Mega’ and it works on the GSM network. It also comes with value added services like hello tunes, SMS and caller ID.
