For the un-initiated, this is a screenshot from my referrals. And this shows that someone came to this Blog from Sify’s internal mail services. So well… this means the Blog is being read by the Sify people. This can mean 2 things. 1 good and 1 bad.
Good thing can be that they would realize the issues faced by the end customer while using the Sify Broadband services. I lost quiet a few posts and user comments on my last Blog which was kinda lost due to some problems at the servers so I really don’t have any other’s opinion other than mine. Well, the point is this was the original aim of mine when I started this Blog. Getting Sify people to know about the end user problems. So, if you are on Sify Broadband and reading this Blog, contribute.
Bad thing can be that they can get their smart people (every company has some smart techie people. Believe me!) to work on this Blog. Hacking and even deleting it perhaps. Same thing that happened to my last Blog. But the admin did not exactly told me why the entire hard disks were totally formatted without any particular reason! Maybe some geeks sitting in the Sify’s rooms are responsible. I am not accusing any one… But I sure am cynical. I was almost close to displacing the official site from the top spot on Google! :)

IM USIN THIS UNLIMTED PLAN NAME YAU1, SPEED 64KBPS, WAT DEY CLAIMS MY SPEED IS 64KBPS DEDICATED, IS NOT DEDICATED ITS SHARED N MOREOVER I ONLY GET 8-9KBPS IN FILE TRANSFERING. N MOST OF DA TIMES I GETS THE BB101 ERROR, I JUS HATE WHEN I LOGIN. ITS ALWAYS BB101.
CUSTOMER CARE IS SUX, IF U MAKE A CALL TO UR LOCAL SIFY INTERNET CABLE OPERATOR THEY NEVER PICKS UR CALLS N INCASE IF SMHOW THEY PITTY ON U N PICK UR CALL THAN THEY SAY “HO JAYGA SIR†IN OTHER WORDS THEY R TRYIN TO SAY †KISS MY BLACK ASSâ€. AND IN CASE IF U CALL DIRECT TO SIFY, U NEVER GET TO THEM BECAUSE OF THE POOR QUALITY OF SOUND U CANNOT ADDRESS TO THEM N MOST OF THE TIMES COZ THEIR OFFICE IS IN BANGLORE OR KOLKOTA SMWHERE THAT SIDE I DUNNO, THEY DONT KNOW HINDI N THEIR ENGLISH IS HILARIOUS, U WILL ALWAYS SAY SORY, SORY!, SORY I DIDNT GET!U THERE I GUESS U NOT! THAN AGIAN U MAKE CALLS N CALL N CALLS N U HAVE TO PAY FOR THE PHONE BILLS, NO TOLL FREE. FURTHERMORE IF U CALL THE ENGG.
