India expected to have added 7 million new mobile users in October
India is one of the fastest growing mobile markets in the world and it continues to show impressive expansion.
We added as many as 6 million subscribers in September and as per market estimates; the month of October resulted in gains of another 7 million mobile customers.
The month of October saw addition of as many as 4.7 million GSM service based new customers. The numbers for CDMA service are yet to come in but they are expected to be around 2 million new customers.
The city of Delhi itself has now more than 10 million mobile users.
