BSNL DataOne launches 512kbps unlimited connection for business users
State owned telecom company BSNL has launched a new broadband package for their business customers. The plan is the first to offer unlimited data transfer with 512kbps connectivity.
The plan is named UL 6000 and it costs Rs. 6000 excluding other charges. Here are the details:
Plan Name: UL 6000 Plus | UL 6000
Speed: 512 Kbps
Type: Single User
Fixed Monthly Charges (Rs): 6000
Annual Charges (Rs): 60000
Other features:
Free E-mail IDs/Space: 4 / 5 MB
Minimum Hire Period: One Month
This plan is much better than the one offered by Airtel for their business customers. Airtel’s plan details are:
Plan Name: DSL 10995
Monthly Charges: Rs. 10,995
Bandwidth (upto): 512 kbps
Free Usage: Unlimited
As of now, the only sensible 512kbps unlimited plan is being offered by Tata Indicom. Details:
Installation Charges: Rs. 1000
Refundable Security Deposit: Rs. 1000
Plan Name: Infinity - 512
Speed: 512kbps
Monthly Access charges (Rs.): 1,850
