		<description>This sify guys really are atrouble and i a soon moving out ofit. I bought a pack for 256 kbps and i ve been getting barely 28 kbps. that also in lean hrs. even after numerous complaints they have done nothing . they jsut say &quot;oh! yes we know the problem&quot; uphh..this sucks.
I m surely moving consumer court for this as it amounts to cheating and/or breach of contract..anyone similar hassles.. join in</description>

		<description>Forcing users to use a specific software is definitely unfair business practice and I am thinking to go to consumer court against sify. Anyone willing to support me?
Sify CTOs charge extra money for &quot;line maintenance&quot;. Sify never disclosed this cost when i signed up for their service. When contacted- sify does no have a satisfactory answer.
I have not been able to connect to internet since 2 days because i use Norton Antivirus. Customer care never responds...
Please contact me if other people want to raise a voice against this.

		<description>Not True, They do have an option where they can disable at the backend an automatic installation of the Secure synergy Antivirus. I had that done for me. You will have to call up their CS and tell them that you would not like their free anti-virus software. They will ask you for your IP address and your user ID to do so.
