Auto logoff is optional too… Now the always on top icon

I had another talks with the customer representative at Sify and he confirmed they had added an option to disable auto logout too in the backend. So, if you do not like this option, you can potentially inform the call center guys who would disable it in the backend. Though, I am yet to properly test it out… Still it’s good news. Cheers!

Now, the only grudge left is the always on top broadband icon in spite of the fact that we already have a blinking icon lying in the system tray. It looks bad, comes over my applications and is irritating… I have reported this too and am waiting for a reply on it.

Another very bad thing is that installing the broadband client changed my homepage back to Sify website. This is again a very bad thing to do… Any action taken without user’s approval in my opinion is evil.
