Airtel Broadband seems to have launched 512 kbps unlimited data transfer plan
Airtel Broadband users on the India Broadband Forum have reported that the company is now offering a new broadband package in some of their serviced areas.
This package is said to be named DSL 1990 and it provides unlimited data transfer connectivity at 512 kbps.
The package costs Rs. 1990.
As per another user on the forum, the package has some limitations. Like the customer cannot get a static IP on it, the connection cannot be shared and no voice plan is offered along with this package.
We hope to see more details on this new package officially on the Airtel website in the near future. The package is however expensive compared to a similar deal provided by Tata Broadband.
