Around a week now. I am sending 2-3 mails almost on a daily basis now. The problem? I am getting 2.5KBps on a 32kbps connection I bought in the name of Broadband. All I get in return is a routine, we are looking into it replies. Well, if you are looking into it, then why the speeds get normal at around 10 in night and stays like that till 9 in the morning? And what is taking for your CTO to come and check the speeds for himself. How complex can it be to check why the speeds take a dive during the daytime?
