ZTE has sold more than 10 million mobile handsets in India

ZTE Corporation is a China based company which specializes in providing telecommunication equipment and network solutions.

The company has now said that they have now sold more than 10 million mobile handsets in the Indian market.

However these phones were sold through third party branding and the company is now planning to launch their own branded mobile handsets in the market.

He Shiyou, senior vice president, ZTE Corporation said in a statement: “The company has taken advantage of the enormous opportunity in India, which is the fastest growing telecom market in the world. We have been investing in handsets R&D for almost a decade, which lead to the sales of 10 million handsets in India.”
