Reliance Communications completes acquisition of Yipes Holdings
Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group Company Reliance Communications has revealed that they have now completed the acquisition of Yipes Holdings.
Yipes Holdings is based in the USA and the deal is worth around $300 million.
This acquisition deal was announced by the two companies in July earlier this year.
With this, Reliance Communications have now access to a $10 billion global enterprise data market.
Reliance added that they have received all the necessary approvals from the regulatory bodies for this deal.
Yipes has around 1,000 enterprise customers and is present in top 14 US metros.
