The service propvided is much below than i had expected & is going down . The server is mostly down on sunday when is really required due to one reason or the other.The speed as promised is ok but disconnection while surfing is frequent.Hope some steps are taken in this regard to improve service.The new client that has come up is more of a pain then a pleasure , The scanner in it also deleted the full-fledged norton anti-virus installed on my pc.Also hope there is some step taken bout the security of the network.
