Sify Broadband Login Client Problems

I would not mind using their login client as much if:
1. It does not consumer 7-8 megs of RAM.
2. It does not require 2 clicks just to log in.
3. It logs me automatically when I start it
4. It keeps me log in until I myself log out.
5. It does not require 3 clicks to logout.
6. It lets me shutdown without asking me to logout.
7. It does not open Sify.com website automatically on log in.
8. It behaves like a windows application with decent interface.
Now that I have used it and 24×7 Online client. I think Sify should be ashamed of themselves to come out with such a trashy client. 24×7 Online client is at least 100x better than Sify’s own login client.

I really think that Sify should read your blog and do something abt. their business or its going to go down the drain.
It would be nice if this blog could be more publicized. I guess word of mouth is the best way. :roll:

Standard Service Norms of Sify in Navi Mumbai:
Renewal of account takes 4 calls and 5 days.
The 24 hr helpline 1600333330 is down 50% time.
The new broadband client does something to kernel32.dll and the illegal operation stuff comes up, forcing you to stopit. I stored the old client installation program on my PC and every time install it and use it once. The second time the automatic update starts and the whole hell returns.

I am a victim of Sify Broadband client software, what a pathetic piece it is. It keeps on automatically log in to the sify web site and worse after I log out it gives some illigal operation window, so that I had to restart again.
