I am a resident of Bhopal. I was in need of an internet connection unlimited usage at my residence for replacing my existing BSNL broadband connection. Accordingly I have contacted one of your authorized representatives for the connection. He promptly visited my residence to see himself about the feasibility of the connection. He informed me that there is already an Airtel network in my residential colony and therefore, I will be given a connection in two days’ time after booking. I have booked for the connection with him vide Airtel Receipt No. UT/22623 and SEF No. 2345813 on 31.10.09 by paying an advance amount of Rs.3028/- vide Central Bank of India, Cheque No. 818591 dated 31.10.09. The amount of the same has already been credited to Airtel Account on 4.11.09. As per his promise, I have applied for disconnection of my BSNL connection.

On 2nd November 2009, my BSNL connection was disconnected. I have been contacting Airtel office for the last ten days for finding out the status of my connection, but nobody is giving me any answer, and every one tells that the “Connection will be given either in two days time or five days’ time”. I have sent three fax messages to your Bhopal office, mentioning my Mobile number therein, but none of them from your office has called me for the problem.

At the time of posting this comment, I am still not aware as to what is going to happen for the booked/advance paid Airtel connection at my residence.
